The Global Alliance for Green and Gender Action (GAGGA) is seeking a consultancy firm or a team of consultants to conduct the Evaluation of GAGGA 2.0 (2021-2025) programme. This evaluation, required by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, will focus on reviewing GAGGA’s Theory of Change (ToC) and capturing the outcomes and progress related to gender-just climate solutions. The consultancy will involve assessing GAGGA’s effectiveness, partnerships, and advocacy initiatives and will provide strategic insights for the future.

The selected firm will lead a participatory evaluation process from December 2024 to October 2025. The evaluation will consider the programme’s impact on women-led community-based organizations (CBOs) in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Additionally, the consultants will engage with GAGGA partners and allies to identify challenges, good practices, and learnings.
