We’re Hiring: Alliance Coordinator
GAGGA is looking for a new Alliance Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help strengthen our shared strategy, support collective governance processes, and foster collaboration and trust across the alliance.

Position: Alliance Coordinator
Location: Remote (flexible within UTC -5 to UTC +4)
Contract: Consultancy agreement
Annual fee: USD $65,950

The Alliance Coordinator will work closely with members and partners to ensure GAGGA’s internal coordination remains values-driven, strategic, and inclusive.
What You’ll Do
- Support and strengthen collaboration across GAGGA’s alliance members
- Coordinate shared planning, learning, and governance spaces
- Help align strategies and practices across regions and teams
- Facilitate internal communication and collective processes
- Hold space for co-creation, trust-building, and movement-led decision making
We’re looking for someone who brings experience with alliance-building, facilitation, and feminist coordination. You don’t need to meet every single requirement to apply, we strongly encourage people from underrepresented communities and regions to consider this role.
